It is a grant of a non-exclusive right to the Licensee’s own or control of Karaoke Network System installed in the Licensed Premises for copying and storing of those Karaoke Videos, as listed in PPSEAL’s website from time to time, in the form of electronic/digital file in the central main computer/server of the Licensee’s Karaoke Server System that may only be retrieved, accessed and played or run over by the patrons or customers of the licensees at a Karaoke terminal. Under no circumstances shall it be allowed to dissimilate such digital copy in the Karaoke Network System outside the Licensed Premises of that Karaoke Establishment. All Karaoke Videos must obtain from a legitimate source.

This Licence does not include (i) any public performance and mechanical reproduction right (other than those expressly stated above) of the Works as owned by the Record Companies (that are subject to a separate Public Performance licence); and (ii) such other rights such as mechanical reproduction and public performance rights of the copyright owners of the underlying copyright of the musical work and/or lyrics comprising the Works as may be subject to the control or administered by the beneficial owners, music publishers, the other collective societies or any right performance societies.

The Fee Schedule is subject to periodical adjustments and the final confirmation of this Company.

+   LICENCE FEE IS  NON-REFUNDABLE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
+   THIS FEE SCHEDULE WAS FIRST PUBLISHED ON 1 JANUARY 2005.
+   THE CLASSIFICATION OF ANY ESTABLISHMENT AND ANY FURTHER GRANT OF THIS LICENCE SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THIS COMPANY AND SUBJECT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENT WITH THE PARTICIPATING RECORD COMPANIES.
+   RATE IS ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (B) PER ANNUM.
