1) For the public use of sound recordings solely as background music in live show.

2) This tariff is subject to periodical adjustments and the final confirmation of this Company.

Licence Fee Calculation

(1) 1% of the value of ticket sold subject to a minimum royalty of HK$15,400 x CPI(B) per day.

(2) Where no fee payable for attendance then 2.5% of the expenditure on the Live Show subject to a minimum royalty of HK$15,400 x CPI(B) per day.
