1) For the public use of sound recordings solely as background music in Chinese Restaurants and Tea Houses.

2) This tariff is subject to periodical adjustments and the final confirmation of this Company.

Licence Fee Calculation

1) HK$143 x CPI(B) per seat per annum for areas less than 3,001 sq.ft. subject to a minimum royalty of HK$5,650 x CPI(B) per annum.

2) HK$2.25 x CPI(B) per sq.ft. per annum for areas between 3,001 sq.ft. and 10,000 sq.ft. subject to a minimum royalty of HK$18,300 x CPI(B) per annum.

3) HK$1.48 x CPI(B) per sq.ft. per annum for areas over 10,000 sq.ft. subject to a minimum royalty of HK$23,000 x CPI(B) per annum.
