CBI (B) Base:	101.4

1) For the public use of sound recordings/featured music solely as background music in hairdressing/beauty salons.

2) Seats provided in the waiting area and other parts of the premises shall also be included in calculating the royalty.

3) This tariff is subject to periodical adjustments and the final confirmation of this Company.

Licence Fee Calculation

1) For premises which occupies an area less than 1,001 sq.ft. is under the following rate :

HK$126 x CPI(B) per seat per annum subject to a minimum royalty of HK$2,220 x CPI(B) per annum.

2) For premises which occupies an area of over 1,000 sq.ft. is under the following rate :

HK$252 x CPI(B) per annum subject to a minimum royalty of HK$2,220 x CPI(B) per annum.
