1) For the public use of sound recordings solely as background music in the common areas of residential estates including the lift lobby and the common area of club house; in the common areas of the concourse of Office/Shopping Complexes only, i.e. excluding performances inside the residential estates, offices, and/or shops located within these complexes; and public use of sound recordings as background music in concerts, fashion shows and other special events held in the concourse of these office/shopping complexes for which a separate licence is required.
2) This tariff is subject to periodical adjustments and the final confirmation of this Company.
